New rumors might indicate that the iPhone 5 will come with a dual LED flash. According to Digitimes, it is claimed that Apple’s next-generation iPhone, will carry dual LED flash. Previously we heard a rumor about the next gen iPhone will have a relocated flash position, instead of being right next to the camera module, it will be right across on one end of the device while the camera module is on the other.

Digitimes Reports:
Recent market rumors have indicated that Apple’s iPhone 5 is likely to come with a dual-LED flash with Taiwan-based LED packaging firms Everlight Electronics, Edison Opto and Lite-On Technology being pinpointed as potential suppliers. All related companies have denied they are involved in the production of dual-LED flashes.
Addition of new iPhone 5 components means an increase of cost to Apple. At present, the cost of each iPhone 4 digital camera is 10 dollars. This additional hardware change would only set Apple back by a maximum of 2$ in component costs, but would drastically improve their camera .
